And the Catholic Faith is this: That we worship one God in Trinity, and Trinity in Unity
Parish Prayer

Prayer is being in the presence of God. Prayer is speaking, prayer is hearing, prayer is directing ourselves and ourselves being directed.

There are many traditional prayers which have helped people through teh centuries and still help many today. We are sharing a number of them with you here.

If there is a particular prayer that you believe may be of value here, please let us know so we can incorporate it.

Please & Thank-you, Oops & Wow!

Our first thoughts of prayer are the things we ask of God, for ourselves or for others. It follows that we appreciate all God has given us, some part of our prayer is driven to gratitude. We too soon realise there are times when we don't meet to our own expectations, let alone God's, and so we express our remorse for failures. As we come to appreciate the enormity of God's love for us, even when we fall, we are left with a sense of awe.

Jesus gave us the Lord's Prayer which has been at the heart of the Church for 2000 years.
