sense of Deity

PurpleCrossThat there exists in the human mind, and indeed by natural instinct, some sense of Deity, we hold to be beyond dispute . . .

Welcome to St Peter’s Anglican Church Hamilton

St Peter's Anglican Church Hamilton celebrates the Catholic tradition within Anglicanism. At the heart of our beliefs are the incarnation, death and resurrection of the Lord. These are key turning points in human history. Sacraments and scripture are vehicles of God’s grace and love for us. Through these we are open to all God has for us.

Many are set upon the pursuit of comfort in material things. St Peters stands as a reminder of other possibilities. Life and living, truth and freedom, the welfare of others. These are all matters that help us live fulfilled and worthwhile lives.

You are most welcome among us.

Healing Mass

Healing Mass on the 1st Thursday's at 10:00 am at St Peter’s. This is a joint ministry with Adamstown and Kotara South. A diverse group of folk from across the inner city attend.

A supportive ministry of prayer, anointing and laying on of hands within the mass. For all those who may be unable to attend Church on Sunday and those who may be in need of spiritual support.
